New Channel - Encore Avenue HD on Bell TV

Bell TV added Encore Avenue (EA1HD) to their programming line up. Satellite channel 1265 will feature movies from the 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s. Encore Avenue is part of the Movie Central premium tv network (Corus Entertainment). The movies will be shown "commercial free" and will also be available On Demand.

Also effective 16th January 2014 the channel TSN Montreal is rebranded as TSN Canadiens.
Satellite Channel 402 (TSN-M) in standard definition and 1402 (TSNMH) in high definition.

ARTV being renamed

Explora to be renamed

ICI Explora, satellite channel 1945 (EXPLH)

This month EQHD on Bell TV - Satellite Channel 1629 and Fibe TV Channel 1663

has been rebranded the Smithsonian channel (SMITH).

The channel will can be watched as a free preview until 15th January 2014.

DTour a new Channel replaces TVTropolis on Bell TV

Bell TV have now launched DTOUR channel (formerly TVTropolis), the new channel will be on free preview. Programming focus is light entertainment - 1980s and 90s sitcoms, game shows, reality shows, cartoons and family viewing.
