TROP W and SHO-W channels no longer on Bell TV

Two more standard definition channels are being removed from the Bell TV (satellite) program guide today.

TROPW Channel 619  (TROP Channel 618 is still active)
SHO-W Channel 617 (SHO-E Channel 616 is still active)
