TIFF Parties 5 - 15th September 2013: 

Generally the best time to see the stars  are 4 - 6pm and 8pm onwards, however we weren't able to get a give you all the times and red carpet times shown below may vary, good luck and keep your camera handy.  Please note also that many of these events are by invite only so wait times may be long and crowds big.
