Joy TV Winnipeg being renamed to Hope TV

On October 24th 2013  Joy TV Winnipeg is being rebranded as Hope TV.  The channel will appear in the Bell TV online program guide as HOPE  channel 591, the channel features Christian Ministries inspirational programs.
